Here is a quick guide to filling out your merch sheet…
Top of the form:
Enter: Venue name/ Date / Person(s) Responsible for Merchandise
Quantity, description, price:
Enter: Quantity of merchandise / Description of Items (T-shirt, Cap, size, colour etc) / The Price for that item.
Sold, end of night quantity, total:
Enter: Items sold in a simple talli form for ease and speed. / the remaining stock of each item, the total money made from that item.
Bottom of the form:
Enter: TOTAL revenue sales from the night
Enter this information into your bands accounts book to keep track of total spent on merch and profit made.
